Ethos Coorg Cafe: Where Coffee Meets Unexpected Delights

Hello, fellow travellers and coffee enthusiasts! Join me on a delightful journey to Ethos Coorg Cafe, a charming highway oasis nestled between Mysore and Coorg. Our visit here began with a simple desire for a cup of coffee, but what we encountered was so much more.

Ethos  Coorg  Cafe - A Culinary Surprise

The story unfolds as we make an unplanned stop at Ethos Coorg Cafe, lured in by the promise of that desperately needed cup of coffee. However, our orders transcended the usual coffee run, leading us into a world of culinary surprises. Here, I introduce you to the flavours we uncovered at this quaint café.

The Enigmatic White Cake

First on our tasting adventure was the enigmatic White Cake or Vanilla Cake. Though I, unfortunately, didn't have the pleasure of tasting it myself, the smiles and good ratings from those who indulged in this treat spoke volumes. If you find yourself at Ethos Coorg Cafe, consider giving this cake a try.

Filter Coffee Paradise

Ethos Coorg Cafe boasts an impressive array of coffee, with at least 19 varieties, including both hot and cold options. I dare say, Starbucks and Cafe Coffee Day might find themselves envious. Our choice was the Filter Coffee, which initially seemed to have a higher milk-to-coffee ratio, but one sip proved it to be a perfect representation of the regional filter coffee. A much-needed refreshment after a long journey.

Hot and Crispy French Fries

Now, let's talk about the show's stars: the French Fries. These hot and crispy delights were a hit, so much so that we couldn't resist ordering a second serving. The combination of sizzling hot French Fries with the aromatic Filter Coffee was a match made in foodie heaven.
